Every now and then I go and download an app, just because. Flixlab is my latest acquirement. This app let’s you create a professional looking movie, straight from your iPhone.

Sign in using Facebook or just simply don’t. When you log in to Facebook it will be possible for you to join events with your friends. You can then get pictures and/or footage of these events and combine them all into one video.

There’s also a trim option with which you can set the start and end time of a certain footage.

After selecting pictures and footage, you can choose a theme you like (I chose the urban. The next step is to chose music for your movie. I chose not to use music, cause at one point I had two songs playing at the same time. That was a bit annoying.

After that you’ll just have to check everyting and maybe re-order your pictures, name your movie and you’re good to go.

Flixlab also allows you to tag your friends on Facebook so you can share your movie with them.
