iPhone app: Make professional looking movies with Flixlab

Every now and then I go and download an app, just because. Flixlab is my latest acquirement. This app let’s you create a professional looking movie, straight from your iPhone.

Sign in using Facebook or just simply don’t. When you log in to Facebook it will be possible for you to join events with your friends. You can then get pictures and/or footage of these events and combine them all into one video.

There’s also a trim option with which you can set the start and end time of a certain footage.

iPhone app: “iTunes Live” for iTunes Festival London 2011

A couple of months ago I entered my data to win tickets for the iTunes Festival London. Tickets are free and are distributed via lottery.

The iTunes Festival London is a 31 nights lasting festival in London England. More than 60 bands are performing in the Roundhouse.

Sometimes when you go out you meet some interesting people. Some you don’t contact or see them ever again. Lately I don’t even ask for phonenumbers, I just ask them to look their profile up on my facebook app. But now there’s a better easier way to send a request to these people.

No more concert filming for iPhone owners?

I recenty read an article in that made me shake my head: Apple plans to develop a system that will sense when a smartphone user is trying to record a live event, and then switch off the device’s camera.

Anybody holding up their iPhone will find it triggers infra-red sensors installed at the venue. You will still be able to use the other functions of the phone. Continue reading No more concert filming for iPhone owners?
