Drake was performing “Take Care” in Birmingham on Thursday night (April 19) as he fell during his set.
He attempted to back up onstage, but his foot became lodged in a space, so he fell. But he played it off nicely by doing a somersault. (1:25 mark)

Video: DJ Khaled Sets To Release A New Song With Kanye West
DJ Khaled spoke to MTV on the set of Hip Hop Squares. He revealed that him and Kanye are set to drop another bomb. Last week they dropped “Theraflu” “Way Too Cold,” which had everybody talking.
This is what Khaled had to say to MTV:
“Me and Kanye West went back in the lab and we made another record and got some features on there too,” Khaled said, careful not to let too many deets leak. “I can’t really talk about it, so expect another monstrous earthquake to hit the streets.”
If the new song sounds anything like “Teraflu” (I like this name better), it’s more than welcome. Curious to see who he’s gonna piss off next.
You can hate Khaled all you want, the man knows how to make hits. I’m just glad he’s not screaming all over anymore.

Lil Scrappy Hospitalized In Atlanta
TMZ reports that Lil Scrappy was hospitalized after suffering from an asthma attack after a night of heavy partying and drinking.
Scrappy’s reaction:
“I damn near died … if it weren’t for my driver, mom, and rap artist I would have been dead. I felt like I was dying. “I will never leave anywhere without it again.” (referring to his breathing machine).

We may not hear that much from T-Pain these days, but that doesn’t mean he’s not working. He was spotted exploring Wild Life Sydney Zoo with Kelly Rowland. They were there after they headlined Supafest Sydney.
Chris Brown, Big Sean, and Ludacris will meet up when the urban music festival continues in Melbourne on Saturday and Perth on Sunday.
