Big Pump Killa Gets At Joe Budden Once Again In Diss #36

As they say, better late than never. So here’s a big shrug and I’m throwing this one out anyway. Big Pump Killa, better known as BPK cooked up another this towards Joe Budden and his loyalists (Parks, Parks, Parks). Joe has been facing backlash since he fired his co-hosts while on-air. This is a perfect example of who needs enemies with friends like this. Joe’s ego has been going way off lately. Ever since he declined the Spotify deal and started a supposedly new position at Patreon, you could see that the guys were down bad. Joe has been looking out for Joe and only Joe and treating the others like shit while doing so. If only Parks could see that.

Anywho, Big Pump Killa has been at the pod’s necks for a while now, releasing diss after diss, even retiring when it looked like the pod was not coming back together. His retirement was short, as the guys forced a reunion which did not end well for obvious reasons. The energy was way off when the guys finally spoke and agreed to make amends.

Rory and Mal, trying to clear the air and bring closure for fans that followed them through the years, released their own response. This was a quick $2,- even I couldn’t resist paying.

Lil B Was Supposed To Be On Here

Joe was left all alone with his new cohosts on the show Rory and Mal were once part of. This created room for Big Pump to release a new diss, no. 36 already. All these weeks and all these disses and the show has only gotten worse. BPK reached out to the Basedgod Lil B, himself in hopes to get a feature, sadly he didn’t receive any response. For those of you who remember, Lil B had one of the funniest Joe Budden disses back in the day after Joe criticized him if I remember correctly. So BPK had to go in all by himself.

Maybe it’s a good thing he did because to me this his best performance, Joe Budden diss wise. I mean he had to come with another angle and he did. It served well that he didn’t have to shout out Mal being queer (not my words) or Rory being a ginger (also not my words) on this track. Not to call his bars lazy, but I guess this made him have to go and get into his bag, not only from low hanging fruits.

J. Cole References Fight With Diddy On New Record

After getting teased for a while now, J. Cole finally released his album, The Off Season. His first since the release of KOD back in 2018. So you can only imagine that real Cole fans have been dying for a new album. I couldn’t keep my eyes open yesterday waiting for it to drop, so I had to enjoy it this morning on my way to work.

There is a lot to say of the album, like hearing Camron randomly on there. But the thing that caught my attention the most is when Cole referenced his fight with Diddy on ‘let.go.my.hand’. Mind you this alleged fight happened way back in 2013 at an after party for MTV VMA. There were rumors circulating about the whole thing, but they were denied by both Puff and Cole.

Back then it was crazy to even imagine J. Cole fighting and fighting Diddy at that. But there were too much noise about this going around for it to be totally untrue. But today we got a confirmation from Cole himself.

On the track Cole raps “But sometimes a nigga pulled my card, tryna expose me for a fraud/And with my reputation at stake, I was scufflin’ just to save face. Couple wins, couple losses/Some broken up too quick to call it/My last scrap was with Puff Daddy, who would’ve thought it?/I bought that nigga album in seventh grade and played it so much/You would’ve thought my favorite rapper was Puff/Back then I ain’t know shit, now I know too much.”

So it appears that the rumors were true after all. One thing we need to find out now is what the reason was.

But all is cool between the two in 2021 as Diddy appears on the outro of ‘let.go.my.hand.’
