And Hiphop-n-more reported that he had missed his “Easter Fest Rozay” show in Guyana due to “a medical emergency.”

This week Kanye has not released any music (yet), but made another addition to his G.O.O.D. Music roster. Legendary hip hop producer and A Tribe Called Quest MC, Q-Tip is going to release his forthcoming fourth solo album, “The Last Zulu,” on West’s imprint and Def Jam Recordings, according to Universal Republic and Island Def Jam Chairman & CEO, Barry Weiss.
